Infrastructure and management only - Taking a project from the initial thought process right up to the point that it can begin trading. Providing advice and consultancy, training, kitchen design, operational systems, risk assessments and management until handoff.
Subcontracted Catering & Turnaround - Taking over the day to day running of an established kitchen on behalf of an organisation when all of the facilities are in place. Often this can be to turnaround a failing catering service or to fast track start up when the appropriate resource or skill set may not be available.
